The Candy Wrapping Machine produces leak proof pillow pack pouches for hard-boiled candies. The machine has a continuous film pulling system.The machine is controlled by PLC and provided with an operator friendly interface. The machine has a built in very high sensitivity, high response photo registration to ensure accurate positioning of the product and cutting of the film even at high speeds which results in minimum wastage of packing material. The machine is also provided with an AC Drive as the prime mover.The machine takes in the packaging material in the form of printed roll of heat seal able laminated film.

The High Speed Candy Wrapping Machine has a dozing system of either rotary disc feeding system or bowl feeder, whichever is suitable as per the product to be packed. All product contact parts are made up of food grade stainless steel SS-304/SS-316.This machine is a high-speed machine, which can give an output up to 600 candies per minute. The machine can also be provided with 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 candies in a single pouch.
