About Flow Wrapping Machine

FlexHorizontal Flow Wrapping Machine is a very versatile machine which can wrapcylindrical, cubical and irregular shaped solid products like Soap / Bottle /Bearing / Cake / Disposable syringe / Pencil Cells / Ice Cream / Piston Rings /Spark Plug / pre-filled pouches /chocolates/spare parts and Similar Product inpillow pack pouch.

The machine isan operator friendly machine with a speed range of 25 to 150 packs per minute(speed can vary depending upon material). The machine is controlled by PLC(programmable logic control) and provided with an operator friendly MMI (manmachine interface).

Allthe temperature controllers provided in the machine are PID. The machine has abuilt in high sensitivity, high response photo registration to ensure accuratepositioning of the product and cutting of the film even at high speeds which resultsin less wastage of packing material.

The machinecomes with features like automatic pouch length adjustment mechanism,adjustable forming unit for a wide range of roll width, which ensure shortchange over times as well as no change parts.

The machine canbe provided with customized in-feed system in synchronization with themanufacturing process of the customer. This machine can be used to pack theproducts like soap, chocolate bars, disposable syringes, IV Fluid bottles, autospare parts, bearing etc.
