Fully automatic Vacuum Brick Pack Form Fill machines is an intermittent motion machine, designed for the efficient packing of the product in Brick shape pouches up to 500 gms.We can easily design and manufacture form fill and seal Machine which is suitable for packing of various food products like powders, granules, tea, coffee, dhana dal, mehendi, tablets, namkeen, etc.The machine is controlled by PLC (programmable logic control) and has a MMI (man machine interface) with a digital display and keyboard, which makes this machine operator friendly.

This machine can be synchronized with both the types of filling system like gravimetric filling system and volumetric filling system like electronic load cell based weigh filling system, volumetric cup filling system, auger-filling system etc. This machine is suitable for both side heat sealable film.The machine is equipped with brick shaped pockets moving on a conveyor, to maintain the shape of the pouch and the vacuum chamber evacuates the pouch where we get the unique vacuum brick shape pouch.The vacuum brick pack pouch will be replica of carton pack of duplex paper through the cost of packing is lower by 30% to 40%.
