About CI Flexo Printing press
State of the art high speed CI flexo machine which has uniquefeatures like Changeover of sleeve in the press, without any tools, onthe operator side & Automatic release and slide movement for plateand anilox support mandrels to allow the sleeves change. Double walled, steel centreimpression drum, having a diameter of 1400 mm, mounted on selfalignment roller bearings. The C.I. cylinder is driven by a A C brushless motorwith digital servo feedback. The machine is equipped with One thermoregulatorunit with closed loop circuit for the conditioning of the C.I. cylinder and thetwo chill rolls. The printing unit has side frames, brackets and solid base innormalized steel FE40, 120 mm. thickness of the solid frames. The machine speedis 400 MPM.
