Fully automatic collar type form fill and seal machine FFs-CTSD-C is a continuous motion machine designed for the efficient packing of the various products like Tea, Sugar, Spices, Snacks Foods, Wafers, Detergent, Henna Powder, Salt, Wrapper Candies, Cheese Biscuits etc. in center seal pouches.
The machine is controlled by PLC and has a MMI (man machine interface) with a digital display and keyboard, which makes this machine operator friendly.
Servo drives for both laminate pulling through die roller and sealing jaws, give the machine unsurpassed accuracy and speed of upto 150 pouches / min.
The unwinding can be synchronized with various types of dozing system like volumetric cup filling, auger filling and weigh filling system . This machine is suitable for a wide range of heat seal able film as a packing material such as PET/POLY, PET/MET/POLY< laminates with aluminium foil and heat seal able BOPP etc.
